No. 10 -29 <br />RE: SPECIAL USE PERMIT #PLN2010- 00118, BURKE & HERBERT BANK <br />AND TRUST AT NEABSCO MILLS — WOODBRIDGE MAGISTERIAL <br />DISTRICT <br />ACTION: APPROVED <br />WHEREAS, this is a request to allow a three service lane drive - through facility <br />associated with a by -right financial institution. The ± 0.87 acre site is located at the northwest <br />corner of the intersection of Route 1 (Jefferson Davis Highway) and Neabsco Mills Road. The <br />site is identified on County maps as GPIN 8290 -88 -6241, is zoned B -1, General Business, is <br />designated O, Office, in the Comprehensive Plan and is part of the Neabsco Mills subsection of <br />the Potomac Communities Sector Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, staff has reviewed the subject application and recommends <br />approval, as stated in the staff report; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, at its public hearing on May 19, 2010, <br />recommended approval, as stated in Res. No. 10 -073; and <br />WHEREAS, a Board of County Supervisors' public hearing, duly advertised in <br />a local newspaper for a period of two weeks, was held on June 22, 2010, and interested citizens <br />were heard; and <br />WHEREAS, general welfare and good zoning practice are served by the <br />approval of the application; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the Prince William Board of <br />County Supervisors does hereby approve SUP #PLN2010- 00118, Burke & Herbert Bank and <br />Trust at Neabsco Mills, subject to the conditions dated June 3, 2010; <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Board of County Supervisors' <br />approval and adoption of any conditions does not relieve the applicant and /or subsequent <br />owners from compliance with the provisions of any applicable ordinances, regulations, or <br />adopted standards. <br />
