MOTION: COVINGTON May 18, 2010 <br />Regular Meeting <br />SECOND: NOHE Ord. No. 10 -25 <br />RE: SPECIAL USE PERMIT #PLN2010- 00195, T- MOBILE AT PENN <br />PROPERTY — BRENSTVILLE MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT <br />ACTION: APPROVED <br />WHEREAS, this is a request for a Special Use Permit to allow the installation <br />of a 150' telecommunications monopine facility, with a 50 ft. x 50 ft. equipment compound <br />enclosed by an 8 ft. board -on -board fence in an A -1, Agricultural district. The site is located at <br />the northeast portion of 14245 Aden Road, north of the intersection of Aden Road. and Orlando <br />Road, is identified as GPIN 7691 -99 -1745, and is designated AE, Agricultural or Estate, in the <br />Comprehensive Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, staff has reviewed the subject application and recommends <br />approval, as stated in the staff report; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on this item on <br />April 21, 2010, and recommends approval, as stated in Planning Commission Res. No. 10 -064; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, a Board of County Supervisors' public hearing, duly advertised in <br />a local newspaper for a period of two weeks, was held on May 18, 2010 and interested citizens <br />were heard; and <br />WHEREAS, general welfare and good zoning practice are served by the <br />approval of the application; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the Prince William Board of <br />County Supervisors does hereby approve Special Use Permit #PLN2010- 00195, T- Mobile at <br />Penn Property, subject to the conditions dated April 29, 2010; <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Board of County Supervisors' <br />approval and adoption of any conditions does not relieve the applicant and /or subsequent <br />owners from compliance with the provisions of any applicable ordinances, regulations, or <br />adopted standards. <br />
