MOTION: COVINGTON December 6, 2005 <br />Regular Meeting <br />SECOND: STEWART Ord. No. 05-91 <br />RE: REZONING #PLN2006-00210, YOUTH FOR TOMORROW - <br />BRENTSVILLE MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT <br />ACTION: APPROVED <br />WHEREAS, this is a request to rezone +/-55.3 acres from R-6, Suburban <br />Residential, to A-1, Agricultural. The site is located approximately 1,250 ft. north of the <br />intersection of Nokesville Road and Linton Hall Road, and is identified as GPIN #7595-54- <br />7401. The site is designated Suburban Residential Medium and Environmental Resource, in <br />the Comprehensive Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, staff has reviewed the subject application and recommends <br />approval, as stated in the staff report; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on this item on <br />November 2, 2005 and recommends approval, as stated in Planning Commission Res. No. 05- <br />0123; and <br />WHEREAS, a Prince William Board of Cowrty Supeivisors' public hearing, <br />duly advertised in a local newspaper for a period of two weeks, was held on December 6, 2005, <br />and interested citizens were heard; and <br />WHEREAS, general welfare and good zoning practice are served by the <br />approval of the application; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the Prince William Board of <br />County Supervisors does hereby approve Rezoning #PLN2006-00210, Youth for Tomorrow; <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Prince William Board of County <br />Supervisors' approval and adoption of any conditions does not relieve the applicant and/or <br />subsequent owners from compliance with the provisions of any applicable ordinances, <br />regulations, or adopted standards. <br />
