No. 05-72 <br />El11194 =0 VMVJ NN Nil 14 <br />!WHEREAS, this is a request to operate a motor vehicle rental (limited) facility, <br />consisting of tenant space within an existing building and 21 parking spaces within the Station <br />Plaza shopping center, on approximately 0. 19 acres of an approximately 13.37 -acre site, <br />identified on County maps as GPIN 8492-06-1355. The site is located within the Potomac <br />Communities Revitalization Plan area and is designated Urban Mixed Use (UMU), which <br />recommends a mix of medium to high-density residential, office/employment and recreational <br />uses. The subject site is zoned B-1, General Business, which allows a variety of retail and <br />service uses; and <br />WHEREAS, staff reviewed the subject application and recommends approval, <br />as stated in the staff report; and <br />®WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on this item on <br />September 7, 2005, and recommends approval as stated in Planning Commission Res. No. <br />05-090; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing, duly advertised in a local newspaper for a period <br />of two weeks, was held on October 4, 2005, and interested citizens were heard; and <br />®WHEREAS, general welfare and good zoning practice are served by the <br />approval of the application; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the Prince William Board of <br />County Supervisors does hereby approve SUP #PLN2005-00392, Hertz @ Station Plaza, <br />subject to the conditions dated Septun,ber 12, 2005; <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Board of County Supervisors' <br />approval and adoption of any conditions does not relieve the applicant and/or subscqucnt <br />owners from compliance with the provisions of any applicable ordinances, regulations, or <br />adopted standards. <br />
