GC recommends a wide range of commercial activities; SRL recommends a <br />density of up to six units per net acre; and <br />WHEREAS, staff has reviewed the subject application and recommends <br />approval, as stated in the staff report; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on this item on <br />July 20, 2005, and recommends approval, as stated in Planning Commission Resolution <br />Number 05-078; and <br />WHEREAS, a Board of County Supervisors' public hearing, duly advertised in <br />a local newspaper for a period of two wecks, was held on September 6, 2005, and interested <br />citizens were heard; and <br />WHEREAS, general welfare and good zoning practice are servcd by the <br />approval of the application; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the Prince William Board of <br />County Supervisors does hereby approve REZ #PLN2005-00092, subject to the proffers dated <br />August 18, 2005; <br />
