No. 05-50 <br />RE: SPECIAL USE PERMIT 4PLN2005-00217, ED HARRIS <br />PERFORMANCE CYCLES, INC. — WO®DB RIDGE MAGISTERIAL <br />WHEREAS, this is a request for a Special Use Permit (SUP) to allow <br />motorcycle sales and repair in an existing shopping center tenant space. The site is located on <br />TV nxrthwest side of Easp Street directlVA west of where it intersects Jefferson Davis Highway, <br />approximately 300 feet south of Occoquan Road. The site is identified on County maps as <br />GPIN 8392-95-6020 (pt). The site is designated General Commercial (GQ in the <br />Comprehensive Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, staff has reviewed the subject application and recommends <br />approval, as stated in the staff report; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on this item oil <br />June 1, 2005, and recommends approval, as stated in Planning Commission Res. No. 05-06 <br />and <br />WHEREAS, a Board of County Supervisors' public hearing, duly advertised in <br />a local newspaper for a period of two weeks, was held on July 5, 2005, and interested citizens <br />were heard; and <br />WHEREAS, general welfare and good zoning practice are served by the <br />approval of the application; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the Prince William Board of <br />County Supervisors does hereby approve SUP #PLN2005-00217, Ed Harris Performance <br />Cycles, Inc., subject to the conditions dated May 20, 2005; <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Prince William Board of County <br />Supervisors' approval and adoption of any conditions does not relieve the applicant and/or <br />subsequent owners from compliance with the provisions of any applicable ordinances, <br />regulations, or adopted standards. <br />
