MOTION: COVINGTON June 7, 2005 <br />Regular Meeting <br />SECOND: STIRRUP Ord. No® 05-39 <br />RE: SPECIAL USE PERMIT #PLN2004-00366, SULLIVAN RURAL HOME <br />BUSINESS - BRENTSVILLE MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT <br />WHEREAS, this is a request to allow a rural home business for overnight <br />parking of three trucks and outdoor storage for an existing home employment (administrative <br />office), located on the west side of Bristow Road, approximately 0.3 miles north of its <br />intersection with Keyser Road, identified as GPIN#7792-66-2045. The special use permit site <br />is approximately 10 acres, zoned A-1, Agricultural, and is designated Agri cultural/Estate in the <br />Comprehensive Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, staff has reviewed the subject application and recommends <br />approval, as stated in the staff report; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on this item on <br />May 4, 2005, and recommends approval, as stated in Planning Commission Res. No. 05-046; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing, duly advertised in a local newspaper for a period <br />of two weeks, was held on June 7, 2005, and interested citizens were heard; and <br />WHEREAS, general welfare and good zoning practice are served by the <br />approval of the application; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the Prince William Board of <br />County Supervisors does hereby approve Special Use Permit #PLN2004-00366, Sullivan Rural <br />Home Business, subject to the conditions dated May 4, 2005; <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Prince William Board of County <br />Supervisors' approval and adoption of any conditions does not relieve the applicant and/or <br />subsequent owners from compliance with the provisions of any applicable ordinances, <br />regulations, or adopted standards. <br />
