MOTION: COVINGTON October 24, 2406 <br />Regular Meeting <br />SECOND: JENHINS <br />Ord. No. 06-94 <br />RE; REZONING LNEST PHASE III - <br />BRENTSVILEMAGISTEtIAL DISTRICT <br />ACTION: APPROVED <br />WHEREAS, this is a request to rezone +/- 9.7 acres from A-1, Agricultural, to <br />R-4, Suburban Residential (Cluster Option). The site is located on Hillcrest Drive, west of its <br />intersection with Lake Jackson Drive, and is identified as GPIN 7892-18-6218 and 7894-28- <br />5692. The site is designated Suburban Residential Low (SRL) in the Comprehensive Plan; and <br />- WHEREAS, staff has reviewed the subject application and recommends <br />approval, as stated in the staff report; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on this item on <br />September 24, 2006, and recommends denial, as stated in Planning Commission <br />Res. No. 06-150; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing, duly advertised in a local newspaper for a period <br />of two weeks, was held on October 24, 2046, and interested citizens were heard; and <br />WHEREAS, general welfare and good zoning practice are served by the <br />approval of the application; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the Prince W llst Phase and of <br />County Supervisors does hereby approve REZ#PLN2006-04689, Parkway <br />subject to the proffers dated October 16, 2006; <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Prince William Board of County <br />Supervisors' approval and adoption of any conditions does not relieve the applicant and/or <br />subsequent owners from compliance with the provisions of any applicable ordinances, <br />regulations, or adopted standards. <br />STATEMENT OF DISCLOSURE PRIOR TO VOTE: MARTIN E.
