MOTION: COVINGTON October 24, 2006Regular Meeting <br />Ord. No. 06-93 <br />SECOND: NOHE <br />RE: PRA #PLN2006-006799 PARKWAY WEST PHASE II - BRENTSVILLE <br />MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT <br />ACTION: APPROVED <br />WHEREAS, this is a request for a proffer amendment to Parkway West <br />Phase II to permit an interparcel connection to proposed Parkway West Phase III and reduce <br />the total number of lots from 23 to 22. The site is located on Hillcrest Drive, west of its <br />intersection with Lake Jackson Drive, and is identified as GPIN 7894-28-5592. The site is <br />designated Suburban Residential Low (SRL) in the Comprehensive Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, staff has reviewed the subject application and recommends <br />approval, as stated in the staff report; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on this item on <br />September 20, 2006, and recommends denial, as stated in Planning Commission <br />Res. No.06-148 and Res. No. 06-149; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing, duly advertised in a local newspaper for a period <br />of two weeks, was held on October 24, 2006, and interested citizens were heard; and <br />WHEREAS, general welfare and good zoning practice are served by the <br />approval of the application; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED O679,tPazPrince West1am Phaseoard II, of <br />County Supervisors does hereby approve PRA <br />subject to proffers dated August 14, 2006; <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Prince William Board of County <br />Supervisors' approval and adoption of any conditions does not relieve the applicant and/or <br />subsequent owners from compliance with the provisions of any applicable ordinances, <br />regulations, or adopted standards. <br />STATEMENT OF DISCLOSURE PRIOR TO VOTE: MARTIN E.
