No. 06-61 <br />RE: SPECIAL USE PERMIT #PLN2006-00198, CVS AT HOADLY ROAD <br />COLES MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT <br />WHEREAS, this is a request to allow a retail store greater than 12,000 square <br />feet with a drive-through facility; site is located along the north side of Hoadly Road at the <br />northeast quadrant of the intersection with Purcell Road and is identified as GPIN 7793-80- <br />0716; and <br />WHEREAS, staff has reviewed the subject application and recommends <br />approval, as stated in the staff report; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on this item on <br />June 7, 2006, and recommends approval, as stated in Res. No. 06-098; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing, duly advertised in a local newspaper for a period <br />of two weeks, was held on July 11, 2006, and interested citizens were heard; and <br />WHEREAS, general welfare and good zoning practice are served by the <br />approval of the application; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the Prince William Board of <br />County Supervisors does hereby approve SUP#PLN2006-00198, CVS at Hoadly Road, subject <br />to the conditions dated July 3, 2006; <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Prince William Board of County <br />Supervisors' approval and adoption of any conditions does not relieve the applicant and/or <br />subsequent owners from compliance with the provisions of any applicable ordinances, <br />regulations, or adopted standards. <br />
