MOTION: LAWSON September 20, 2016 <br />Regular Meeting <br />SECOND: PRINCIPI Ord. No. 16-38 <br />RE: SPECIAL USE PERMIT #SUP2016-00016, GREENWICH <br />PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH — BRENTSVILLE MAGISTERIAL <br />DISTRICT <br />ACTION: APPROVED <br />WHEREAS, this is a request to amend the conditions of Special Use Permit <br />#PLN2010-00153 to allow the existing access on Vint Hill Road to remain as a right-in/right- <br />out access; and <br />WHEREAS, the site is located at the intersection of Vint Hill Road, Burwell <br />Road and Greenwich Road. The property is identified on County maps as GPINs #7295-56- <br />9486 and #7295-57-9535; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned A-1, Agricultural, without proffers, and is <br />designated CRHS, County Registered Historical Site, in the Comprehensive Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, staff has reviewed the subject application and recommends <br />approval as stated in the staff report; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, at its public hearing on May 4, 2016, <br />recommended approval as stated in Planning Commission Resolution No. 16-030; and <br />WHEREAS, a Board of County Supervisors' public hearing, duly advertised in <br />a local newspaper for a period of two weeks, was held on September 20, 2016 and interested <br />citizens were heard; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board finds that public necessity, convenience, general welfare <br />and good zoning practice are served by the approval of the application; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the Prince William Board of <br />County Supervisors does hereby approve Special Use Permit #SUP2016-00016, Greenwich <br />Presbyterian Church, subject to the conditions dated August 24, 2016; <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Prince William Board of County <br />Supervisors' approval and adoption of any conditions does not relieve the applicant and/or <br />subsequent owners from compliance with the provisions of any applicable ordinances, <br />regulations, or adopted standards. <br />
