MOTION:CADDIGAN October 7,1997 <br />Regular Meeting <br />SECOND:JENKINS Ord,No.97-89 <br />RE:SPECIAL USE PERMIT #97-0035,CVS AT LAKE MONTCLAIR <br />CENTER (DUMFRIES MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT) <br />ACTION:APPROVED AS CONDITIONED <br />WHEREAS,this is an application for a special use permit to allow a drive- <br />through facility at the CVS Pharmacy at Lake Montclair Center,located on the north side of <br />Dumfries Road,at the northeast corner of its intersection with Waterway Drive.The site is <br />designated Residential Planned Community-Commercial in the 1990 Comprehensive Plan and <br />is located in the Dumfries Magisterial District;and <br />WHEREAS,staff has reviewed the subject application and recommends <br />approval as stated in their staff report prepared August 11,1997;and <br />WHEREAS,the Planning Commission held a public hearing on this item on <br />September 3,1997 and recommends approval,as stated in Res.No.97-085;and <br />WHEREAS,a public hearing,duly advertised in a local newspaper for a period <br />of two weeks,was held on October 7,1997,and interested citizens were heard;and <br />WHEREAS,general welfare and good zoning practice are served by the <br />approval of the application; <br />NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED that the Prince William Board of <br />County Supervisors does hereby approve Special Use Permit #97-0035,CVS at Lake Montclair <br />Center,subject to the attached conditions; <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Board of County Supervisors’ <br />approval and adoption of any conditions does not relieve the applicant and/or subsequent <br />owners from compliance with the provisions of any applicable ordinances,regulations,or <br />adopted standards.
